Qentrah Workspace operates in compliance with applicable laws and regulations of the Arab Republic of Egypt, including the Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 151 of 2020) and the Electronic Signature Law (Law No. 15 of 2004). Users are responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction.

All content, trademarks, logos, software, interfaces, design, text, graphics, and functionality on this platform are the exclusive property of the company or its licensors. All rights are reserved.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise use any part of the platform without prior written consent. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not use the platform for any fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity.

Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: unauthorized access to systems, data scraping, introducing malware, interfering with platform operations, and impersonating others.

The platform relies on data entered by users and authorized parties within their workspace. The company does not independently verify the accuracy, completeness, or legality of user-submitted data.

Users and account holders are solely responsible for the accuracy of all project, asset, client, financial, and operational data they input. The company assumes no liability for decisions made based on inaccurate or outdated user-submitted information.

The platform may link to or integrate with third-party services, websites, or tools. The company does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or security of any third party.

Any interactions with third-party services are solely between you and the third party. The company disclaims all liability arising from such interactions.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the company and its founders, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

This includes but is not limited to: loss of data, loss of business, loss of profits, service interruption, errors or omissions in content, and damages resulting from unauthorized access to or alteration of your data.

The platform and all content provided through it are made available on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

The company does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The company expressly disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

The company processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including the Personal Data Protection Law of the Arab Republic of Egypt (Law No. 151 of 2020).

These terms and any disputes arising from the use of the platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.

The parties shall first attempt to resolve any dispute amicably through good-faith negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, it shall be referred to the competent courts of Cairo, Arab Republic of Egypt, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
